    • If you go by something other than your legal name you must have an "Alternative name" form on file with the SC REC;  form can be found on their website.

  • Office Logo for the office you are licensed with

  • Office Address for the office you are licensed with

  • The phrase " Each Office is Independently Owned and Operated"
